Delicious Smoothie

For Christmas I got a nutrianinja smoothie maker! Naturally, I was very excited about this and so I quickly began to experiment with different recipes. One of my favorite is as follows…
Ingredients:
½ cup of softened steel cut oats
1 cup of almond milk
Honey
1-2 cups of blueberries
1 banana
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Let’s begin…
First, you have to begin a couple hours ahead of time by softening your steal cut oats. You can do this by placing them in a container, dousing them in almond milk, and then covering them and letting them sit in the fridge for 2+ hours.
Once that is out of the way, it is just a mixing process. You take all of the ingredients, adding more or less of things to make the texture how you like it and VOILA! You have a delicious, and filling, smoothie!
I love to have these as a refreshing snack after the gym or for a light breakfast when I’m in a rush!
