Healthy Smoothies to Make Yourself

1. Banana-Kale-Pineapple Smoothie
1 banana
1 cup kale
¼ cup pineapple pieces
¾ cups of unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
¼ cup plain, greek yogurt
2. Blackberry Smoothie
½ cup oats
1 cup milk
1 cup blackberries
1/3 cup greek yogurt
1/3 cup ice
3. Peanut Butter Banana
1 Banana
3 tbsp Peanut butter or almond butter
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
+ Add in strawberries for a twist to this smoothie!
4. Healthy Pina Colada Smoothie
1 Banana
1 cup pineapple
¾ cup spinach
1 tablespoon flaxseed
2 tbsp coconut flakes
½ cup plain yogurt
½ cup milk or water
1/3 cup ice
5. Antioxidant Booster Smoothie
½ cup strawberries
½ cup blueberries
1 kiwi
½ cup almond milk/milk/water
